Brian E. Madar, Attorney at Law
Born and raised in the Mid-Michigan area, Brian offers more than two decades of law experience. He received three under-graduate degrees and graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, receiving a Juris Doctorate Degree. He has since been admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals 6th Circuit, the United States Federal Court Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Federal Court Western District of Michigan. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Michigan State Bar Association, the Clinton County Bar Association (past President), and a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International. He is past director for EVE, Inc., (End Violent Encounters), and currently serves as corporate counsel for that organization. He has taught law courses at Lansing Community College and lectured to various groups and organizations regarding various aspects of Michigan Law. Currently, Mr. Madar is attorney for many associations, organizations and groups. He is married and has four children.
Sharon A. Madar, Office Manager and Paralegal
Sharon received a BA in Major Marketing from Michigan State University in 1983 and went on to earn an MBA from Central Michigan University in 1996. Formerly an Adjunct Business Professor at Baker College, she brings an abundance of business and customer service expertise to the firm. As Office Manager and Paralegal for Madar Law Office, Sharon works with attorneys, meets with clients, drafts pleadings and handles payroll, scheduling and other office management duties.
Nicole M. Eaton, Legal Assistant
Nicole has been working with Madar Law Office since July 2018. She is a married mother of 2 who resides in the DeWitt area. As a legal assistant, she handles phone consultations with clients, file set-up, Probate, Estate and Conservatorship matters and general legal office work.
